I have really been excited to publish our new site for you the fans. I want to thank you all for the last 13 years of success with NativeTatanka.com. Ever since 1996, when we first birthed our online presence it has been a blessing for me to speak with you the fans and in addition has played a big part of my continued success in the world of Professional Wrestling. Again, I want to thank you the fans for your continual support since I made my official debut in 1990 for the first time in Professional Wrestling.
One of the big changes we have made with NativeTatanka.com is in our Tribal Club Membership Area. From not having any viewable matches we now have many archived matches from my career for viewing. We are now in the process of increasing our already existing library through SW Creative UK from all the archived matches they have on file from PPV's, to the original Monday Night Raw with Vince McMahon and several other Superstars commentating, and also feuds with myself and many of the great Superstars of wrestling. Also changed is the look of the Members Only Message Board, NEW Chat Room, and NEW Merchandise Area. We thank all the members who have already joined by giving you one of the best wrestling membership clubs on the internet. The closing of last year was busy and ended with very successful tours. I ended last year with the American Rampage Tour in Ireland and France starting in late October. The Ireland events were mostly sold-out with very large crowds all throughout France. We had around 5,000 in attendance for Paris, France where we aired TV and 4 million people watched the event. By the way, the locals there advised us this was a larger attendance than the WWE event that had been there previously. Some of the Superstars on this tour were Bret "The Hitman" Hart, Test, Scotty Too Hotty, and Diva Sunny. From the American Rampage Tour, which lasted approximately over 3 weeks I made my way to Germany for events for SWO and DWA where currently I hold the Heavyweight Title as Champion for DWA. Both of these events were sold-out and as always I really enjoyed being in Germany with their great fans. After a week in Germany I then proceeded to The United Kingdom for Big Time Wrestling owned and operated by Brian Dixon from November 20th through the 28th. I then finished up in Italy for 2008 with IWS where I became their Heavyweight Champion by defeating their current champion in the main event. In total I was on the road internationally for 7 weeks and got home just days prior to Christmas. Just in time for a great holiday season with my family and the birth of our new son, Jeremiah on December 31, 2008.
Jeremiah Chris Chavis was born on December 31st, 2008 at St. Petersburg General Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. He becomes the fourth child to Tatanka and Michelle Chavis and has evened up the tribe with 2 boys and 2 girls. The children in our family are as follows; Christiana Mariah Chavis 12, Rhea Aiyana Chavis 6, Joseph Tatanka Chavis 4, and Jeremiah Chris Chavis 2 months. As the Bible says, "Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from Him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate." Psalm 127: 3-5 (NIV). We are and always have been very thankful to God for the precious gifts He has given to my wife and I. It is more than just having children but a responsibility to train them up in the ways of the Lord so when they grow old they will not turn from the truth!

I want to thank Antje from Germany for the photo above that covers an 18 year span. I thank God Almighty that I still look the same and can still go and perform in the ring. My last event at the ending of February not only proved to me again but also to the fans and the wrestlers backstage that after 18 years I can still go to battle in the squared circle and perform at a high level. The fans at Covey Promotions were entertained so much that they were very thankful after the match along with all the respect from the wrestlers backstage that I received after the match.
With the events I have already been at in the U.S. and internationally it has already started to be a successful year for myself and Tatanka Enterprises. I want you all to know that with our NEW website it has given us the ability to update easily and more often and also add to our online home.
