"Hau Kola" Hello! I hope everyone is happy, fulfilling their dreams and in expectation of the upcoming holidays. This upcoming season is always one that I cherish and look forward to. It's a time to slow down to enjoy the greater things in life that do matter! I'm so blessed as I continue to stay booked weekly throughout the US, Canada, and international countries with wrestling events, autograph appearances, speaking engagements, and business meetings.
My new Blog starts off as America did with the Natives at The Seminole Hard Rock Resort with my friends Sandy Arrendondo, President Tony Sanchez, Jr. and Chairman (Chief) James Billie. Throughout the last 15 years it's always been a pleasure and an honor to spend time with The Seminole Tribe of Florida. If you haven't been to the Seminole Hard Rock Resort in Hollywood, Florida then when you get a chance you must check it out. What an amazing and beautiful pool, designer shoppes, great restaurants, top entertainment and plush rooms for entertaining friends or just chilling. The Seminole Tribe of Florida not only has the Hard Rock property in Hollywood, Florida but also is home to the corporate offices to The Seminole Tribe. Even though it was hard, I had to leave for my next week's bookings in West Virginia with Covey Pro. I'm the Head Trainer at the Covey Pro DoJo in Berkley Springs, WVa and we had 2 days of training camp coming up. Even though we get physical in the ring and work on conditioning, the thing we pride ourselves on is that we teach wrestling upon the foundation that created this great business. Common question to be asked is why did you do that in the ring? When answered they do not know. We teach on timing, placement, character, transitions, interviews and most of all psychology. Wrestling moves do not make you wealthy but knowing when and how to do something upon crowd response will! Tatanka @ Ilio DiPaolos Restaurant with Dennis in NY
After my week in W.VA the following week was with CWI in Buffalo, NY and Ontario, Canada promoting the upcoming "CWI Fall Invasion Tour" Our first Media Conference was held at Ilio DiPaolos Restaurant in Blasdell, NY. It was great to see my friend Dennis DiPaolo seen to the left in a picture with myself. This place is filled with wrestling history of Ilio DiPaolo along with all the greats of then and today. If you love true Italian food then you must put this one on your list and don't get surprised if you see a lot of wrestling Superstars walk in while you'll having dinner. After the conference we headed to Niagara Falls to cross the border into Canada. We then headed to Six Nations Reserve to stay at the Bear Inn, which I love their cabin suites. I was up at 4 am the next day to prepare for a full day of promoting through LIVE Radio and TV at the top Network in Canada "the Score", which carries WWE programming. In the picture to the left is the host of the Score Arda Ocal with myself and CWI. We discussed the upcoming CWI tour and many questions such as my Wrestlemania match for the IC Title against Shawn Michaels, my 2-year undefeated record that still holds today and the WWE Hall of Fame.
